1. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. 2. How to return
Return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of notifying us. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Goods should be in original condition and packaging where possible.
3. Refund
We will reimburse you without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of the day we receive the returned goods or proof of return. We will use the same means of payment as you used, unless otherwise agreed. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.
4. Exceptions
Your right of withdrawal may not apply to sealed goods that are unsealed after delivery (e.g. certain supplements) where the seal is broken for health or hygiene reasons, where permitted by law. We will inform you on the product page or at checkout if any such exception applies.
5. Defective goods
If goods are defective, you have rights under applicable consumer law. Contact us with your order details and a description of the defect. We will resolve the matter in accordance with Danish consumer protection rules.
6. Cross-border orders (EEA and beyond)
We are located in Denmark (EU). If you order from another EEA country, the right of withdrawal and return rules above still apply unless an exception applies as stated. Return shipping costs and any customs formalities for returns may depend on your country; we will inform you of the address and process when you notify us of a return.
For orders from outside the EEA, the same withdrawal period may apply under applicable law, or local rules may differ. If you arrived via an advertisement (including Google Ads or other networks), the governing terms remain those on this site and at checkout; geographic restrictions on delivery or returns will be communicated before or when you place an order.
